What Will You Do?
As a Principal Engineer – Causal Inference and Experimentation Lead – Hawthorn East at Coles Supermarkets, you will define frameworks, standards, and roadmaps to build enterprise measurement capabilities. You will research modern methodologies like Bayesian inference, causal modeling, and advanced A/B tests to champion adoption across domains. Additionally, you will lead engineering squads with hands-on expertise in experiment design, mentor data scientists, and partner with business teams for credible ROI assessments.
