What Will You Do?
As an Analyst – Product and Experimentation at Marks & Spencer, you will generate actionable insights using SQL, Adobe Analytics, and Contentsquare to drive experimentation ideation and measurable improvements in customer journeys. You will identify and quantify friction points across the shopping funnel to guide product prioritization and optimization strategies that reduce conversion drop-offs. Additionally, you will evaluate product feature performance through rigorous experimentation and statistical measurement.
