What Will You Do?
As a Senior Customer Insights Analyst at SIXT, you own analytics on acquisition and retention. You will design, analyze, and operationalize experiments (A/B and multivariate tests) to optimize digital journeys, pricing, promotions, and CRM campaigns. Aditionally, you will conduct deep-dive analyses across web, app, and station touchpoints, connecting insights to business impact.
