What Will You Do?
As a Conversion Optimisation Manager / Product Manager at First Table, you will lead the CRO program by building, prioritizing, and managing a pipeline of high-impact experiments across web and app platforms to unlock growth. You will collaborate with dedicated design, development, and data teams to scope, execute, and deliver tests that balance speed, quality, and measurable improvements in funnels and user experience. Additionally, you will analyze results with rigor, communicate insights across the business, and integrate learnings into strategies that generate millions in incremental revenue while elevating the overall diner journey.
