What Will You Do?
As a Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist at Paradox, you will diagnose funnel bottlenecks across landing pages, checkout flows, and onboarding journeys, prioritizing high-impact opportunities using structured frameworks like PIE and ICE. You will design and execute A/B and multivariate tests from hypothesis to analysis, collaborating with UX, development, and product teams to deploy clean experiments that enhance conversion and engagement. Additionally, you will analyze data from tools such as GA4, Hotjar, and Mixpanel to uncover actionable insights, communicating findings clearly to stakeholders while building a knowledge base of learnings to scale growth initiatives.
