What Will You Do?
As a CRO Lead at Ripley Chile, you will lead the Conversion Rate Optimization strategy and digital experimentation for Ripley.com, ensuring ongoing enhancements to user experience and sustainable conversion increases. You will formulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the optimization program, prioritizing initiatives that maximize business impact and customer delight through rigorous testing and data analysis. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams in UX/UI, Analytics, SEO, and key stakeholders to deliver measurable value via cross-functional partnerships and evidence-based improvements.
