What Will You Do?
As an Experimentation Analyst (Growth Engineer) at Cathay Pacific, you will support the creation and execution of conversion rate optimization strategies across web and mobile platforms. You will design and run personalization tests along with audience segmentation to elevate customer satisfaction and drive conversions. Additionally, you will lead A/B testing efforts by partnering on hypotheses, planning experiments, analyzing outcomes, and fostering a culture of experimentation within cross-functional teams.
