Senior Engineering Manager – Product Discovery and Experimentation

What Will You Do?
As a Senior Engineering Manager at Commonwealth Bank, you will build and lead a small, adaptable engineering team focused on discovery, experimentation, and rapid prototyping. You will work closely with Product and Design leaders in a triad model to shape, test, and deliver solutions while also contributing to solution design and technical feasibility. Furthermore, you will partner with business units and stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver measurable outcomes, scanning emerging technologies to bring fresh capabilities into the organisation.
