What Will You Do?
As a UX & CRO Junior Analyst, you will drive conversion improvements by updating and refining on‑site content and shaping a robust testing and learning roadmap. You will support the rollout and coordination of testing capabilities, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with the Digital Team, you will monitor acquisition metrics, deliver insights, and provide data-informed recommendations. You will also ensure governance across digital acquisition workflows by coordinating efforts with Sales, Compliance, Legal, and other key functions
