What Will You Do?
As a CRO Manager at kitUP, you will own and optimize end-to-end conversion funnels, particularly across web and web-to-app experiences. You will design and execute A/B tests, build scalable CRO systems, and analyze user behavior using GA4, Hotjar, and Appsflyer. You’ll implement tagging strategies with GTM and Meta Pixel while automating analytics with tools like Make, Zapier, and Airtable. In collaboration with growth and product teams, you will align conversion efforts with performance marketing initiatives and influence roadmap decisions that fuel rapid iteration and high-impact growth.
