What Will You Do?
As a Senior Conversion Consultant, you will lead end-to-end CRO engagements—conducting opportunity assessments, setting KPIs, designing A/B tests, and delivering actionable insights. You will leverage leading experimentation platforms and analytics (GA4, session recordings, heatmaps) to diagnose and unblock conversion barriers. You’ll advise clients on optimization strategies, AI-driven personalization, and roadmapping, while mentoring junior consultants and collaborating across UX, Paid Media, SEO, and AI disciplines.
