What Will You Do?
As a Senior Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist at Amenitiz, you will develop and implement comprehensive strategies to optimize user journeys and drive conversions across all digital channels. You will lead A/A and A/B testing initiatives, personalization efforts, and other experiments to identify effective strategies. Collaborating closely with Growth Managers, Product, and Development teams, you will ensure that optimization efforts align with company goals. Additionally, you will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to evaluate the success of optimization strategies, leveraging analytics platforms and user behavior tools to identify friction points and enhance user experience.
