Why here? Spotify is running simultaneous experiments across several hundreds of teams working on a multitude of different products built for hundreds of millions of users. Experimentation touches almost all of the functions from marketing via content management to consumer products. And Spotify is only in the very beginning of this transformative journey.
What will you do? Spotify is now looking for an engineering leader who can head up these efforts and work in parallel with the product lead. You will lead a team of 20+ engineers and data scientists, 3 staff engineers, and 2 engineering managers and to work in a cross-functional team that is dedicated to enabling Spotify to continue their efforts to provide users with the best experience.
