What Will You Do?
As a CRO/UX Strategist at Culligan Quench, you will own end-to-end conversion performance across web surfaces, landing pages, lead forms, and the customer portal while building a disciplined always-on experimentation program. You will optimize acquisition funnels and authenticated customer journeys to improve lead quality, drive expansion revenue, and reduce churn through lifecycle improvements. Additionally, you will partner with Sales Ops and external agencies, establish governance standards, and present performance insights to senior leadership including the Quench team and Culligan CMO.
