What Will You Do?
As a Senior Principal Product Manager at Zendesk, you will own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the internal AI Platform including infrastructure, SDKs, and evaluation frameworks. You will drive platform adoption across vertical teams and lead development of the A2A layer with agent registry capabilities. Additionally, you will conduct research and manage cross-team collaboration to balance innovation with reliability in a complex AI environment.
