What Will You Do?
As a CRO specialist at Nord Security, you will manage the full experimentation process from initial idea through to experiment completion by collaborating closely with analysts, developers, designers, researchers, and QA teams. You will analyze user behavior from both qualitative and quantitative sources to generate ideas that boost conversion rates and key metrics. Additionally, you will create and run data-driven hypotheses and A/B tests, oversee their technical execution on the testing platform, and deliver insights that improve UX and performance.
