What Will You Do?
As a Stage UX & CRO at Watson Health & Beauty, you will design and improve web pages, user flows and interface components to enhance the digital customer journey. You will analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities and support A/B testing initiatives. Additionally, you will contribute to design systems using Figma while collaborating with designers, developers and marketers to ensure accessible and consistent interfaces.
