The team partners with leading Australian and international researchers while working on critical challenges such as financial wellbeing, the psychology of scams and fraud, and human-centred AI.

What Will You Do?
As a Senior Manager – Behavioural Science at Commonwealth Bank, you will lead applied behavioural science projects from problem framing through evidence synthesis, experiment design and interpretation. You will design, oversee and interpret large-scale randomised controlled trials and field studies to drive measurable financial wellbeing outcomes. Additionally, you will influence senior leaders and coach team members to build the next generation of behavioural science capability.
