What Will You Do?
As a Conversion Rate Optimisation Assistant Manager at Marks & Spencer, you will identify optimisation opportunities across websites, apps, landing pages, and funnels. You will support in delivering the CRO roadmap aligned to business and incremental revenue objectives. Additionally, you will maintain testing best practices and QA standards while developing clear hypotheses grounded in qualitative and quantitative insights.
