What Will You Do?
As a Growth Product Manager at MYOB, you will lead a nimble cross-functional squad to identify, test, and scale growth levers that increase ARPU, improve activation, drive product usage, and boost retention. You will craft and run statistically significant experiments using tools such as Amplitude and Split.io, then act on results to deliver measurable commercial outcomes. Additionally, you will upskill the broader Product organisation on Growth and Experimentation principles while continually improving ways of working across squads.
